CrossFit

CrossFit is a physical conditioning system that is based on exercises that vary constantly, with functional movements, that is, safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you do in your day to day and executed at high intensity, always adapted the individual to safely challenge and improve their physical condition. In other words, it is a training technique that links movements from different disciplines sequentially, such as weightlifting, cardiovascular or gymnastic training, which are grouped into routines called WOD (Workout of the day).

 

We can also define CrossFit as a lifestyle that combines good nutrition and physical exercise to achieve long-term sustainable results.

The purpose of CrossFit Alhaurín El Grande is to help you develop your skills and abilities, through a wide variety of exercises, so that you can adapt to any scenario you have to face.

This is achieved by developing the fundamental physical qualities:

FORCE

The ability of our body to generate energy through the contraction of our muscles, in an isolated or integrated way.

Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injury, and how fit you are. In CrossFit each movement has a scaled equivalent, this allows us to modify and adapt the program for each person, in order to help them get healthier and fitter in a safe way.
